RETURNS POLICY
• We accept returns within 30 days for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
• We require an RMA (see below for simple process to generate one online) for each item being returned.
• Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.
REFUNDS
• Refund will be issued to original payment method.
• 15% restocking fee will apply to some returns.
• You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.
How can I request an RMA?
1 Use the Contact Us page to request an RMA, include the order number in the subject. Requests must contain items eligible for return, 30 days old or fewer.
2 Enter the product you would like to return along with the reason, and follow any additional instructions.
3 After you get your RMA number, ship your package back to us at the following address:
